Job Role:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Handle all quarries post sales
Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those needs.
Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Updating the queries and given resolution given in the system/ tool
Maintain the SLA
