Location: Hyderabad

About the role: Provides and supports the designing and implementation of process automation solutions/initiatives. Has good knowledge on business analysis and project management and must be collaborating closely with customers to ensure requirement identification, definition, alignment, development, and implementation with change management in line with strategic business objectives.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Support the product manager and business leads towards business requirements elicitation.
• Knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements, plus the ability to share knowledge, suggest improvements, and confident in delivering insights into business analysis activity.
• Conducting as-is to to-be process map crosswalks and identifying gaps and changes in processes, documenting it as well as aid in institutionalizing.
• Supports Business Leads in acquiring formal agreement, from a large and diverse range of potentially senior partners and recipients to the business scope and requirements, plus the establishment of a baseline on which delivery of a solution can commence.
• Ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures. Tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints and collaborate with the partners regularly
• Creating project schedule reports. Facilitating risk identification sessions with risk owners. Leading and facilitating risk management meetings at the project and program level
• Maintaining the quality of risk register content, including risk description and additional risk details. Coordinating with the Training lead to create and administer training and SOP guides for users of a new system and new processes.
• Understand and aid in implementing all areas of IT project management. Performing functional testing and UAT

Role Requirements

• Have proven solid Domain Business Analysis experience in application development, process and systems design/deployment, conceptual work.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and communicate with senior management along with project team members effectively.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Operations and Business Processes. Experience on BPMN 2.0 Standard
• Proven analytical skills - able to identify and understand trends.
• Experience in conducting requirement (ideation, deep dive, and prioritization) workshops.
• Self-motivated, change agent.Experience in Six Sigma Methodology (Preferred)
• Ability to identify and resolve unique & unyielding systems problems. Experience with requirement management tools like Jira, Azure - DevOps
