 Position Overview: 
 We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer support department, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients via phone communication. 
 Responsibilities: 
-  Customer Assistance:  Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone. 
-  Issue Diagnosis  : Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the problem. 
-  Problem Resolution:  Provide effective and timely resolutions to technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. 
-  Documentation:  Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of the problem, troubleshooting steps taken, and solutions provided. 
-  Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, enabling you to deliver accurate and relevant information to customers. 
-  Customer Education:  Empower customers by educating them on the use and optimization of our products, helping to enhance their overall experience. 
-  Collaboration:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to ongoing improvements. 
 Qualifications: 
-  Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a voice-based customer service environment. 
-  Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely. 
-  Familiarity with troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. 
-  Patience and empathy in dealing with customers facing technical challenges. 
-  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries. 
-  Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. 
-  A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 
 Education and Certifications: 
 A Graduate and Min. 2 yrs equivalent work experience. 
 Age: upto 29
