Job description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. Key responsibilities include working closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate skills and culture fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from interviewers.
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and generate recruitment reports.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Proven experience in recruiting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
