Sr. Director, Content Solutions - Video (APAC)
Responsibilities:
- Support Video clients by efficiently and accurately executing operations and delivering customer requirements
- Manage assigned products and projects, supervising staff, ensuring quality, and coordinating with clients and other departments
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance organizational efficiency and data production
- Share local experiences and adopt best practices globally
- Ensure successful delivery of productivity plans
- Communicate objectives and foster a positive team culture of inclusion and achievement
- Identify and plan career paths and succession planning within the region
- Provide consultative advice to senior leaders on local implementations
- Lead transformation initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate with delivery team to assess new opportunities and their impact on enrichment operations
- Understand new requirements, plan for changes, and integrate solutions seamlessly into daily operations
- Communicate any changes in data production standards across the region
- Support the launch of new markets by planning system deployment and providing state-of-the-art training
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in data production or operations
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management, Communications, Operations, or related fields
- Strategic thinker with the ability to provide consultative advice
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven leadership, communication, and management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote and US-based leadership
- Experience in developing and executing process improvement strategies
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams
- Proven track record of developing, engaging, and retaining high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Suite
- Experience with people management, including hiring and performance evaluations
- Strong delivery management skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic digital work environment
