Job description
The candidate will oversee the smooth operations of substores, providing end-to-end support to the HDO team regarding material planning and availability. The role involves managing the lifecycle of FF (Fiber to the Home) and Homepass roll-out vendors, ensuring CWIP (Capital Work in Progress) control onsite and in the warehouse for all lines of business (LOBs) including Mobility, FF, and Homes. The position also includes governance of Material Dispatch Plan (MDP) and Material Receipt Note (MRN), ensuring smooth warehousing operations, timely scrap disposal, and governance of Supplier Return Note (SRN). Additionally, the role involves owning site operations, including landlord and third-party management, and driving week-over-week (WoW) improvements in operational expenditure (Opex) and capital expenditure (Capex).
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth operations of sub-stores, providing end-to-end support to the HDO team regarding material planning and availability. Manage the lifecycle of FF and Home pass rollout vendors. Ensure CWIP control on site and in the warehouse for all LOBs (Mobility, FF, and Homes). Govern MDP and MRN processes. Ensure smooth warehousing operations. Ensure timely disposal of scrap. Govern SRN processes. Own site operations, including landlord and third-party management. Drive WoW improvements in Opex and Capex. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven record of accomplishment in driving operational efficiencies and cost savings. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Job tags
