Responsibilities
Operational-
- Coordination with Inter-department for Requirements
- Ensure Quality Output of DM Water
- Ensure Proper Distribution of Water Across the Plant
- Ensure optimum utilization of resources
- Shift Reporting for the Operational Highlight.
- Coordination with Maintenance Team for Shift Maintenance
Safety, Health, Environment & Fire
- Safety compliance & Initiatives.
- Statutory Compliance for safety & Environment
- ESG Compliance
- Ensure zero incident by adapting safe Work Culture
- Internal Audit for Safe Culture
Business Excellence
- Workplace management (5S) Culture Implementation.
- Housekeeping Activity at Shift
Qualifications - B.E./B.Tech- Mech/Chemical/Science or a related field with strong experience in Utilities or oxygen plant operarions in supervisory or management level
- Well versed with Utilities like WTP,ETP,STP, Cooling towers, LDO, LNG
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, offsite facilities, and regulatory requirements, emergence response and safety mindset
- Preferred talents from metal industry with greenfield/Major expansion project management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
