As the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in shaping the company's marketing strategies and driving growth in the food production industry. Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Chains Trading Company's food products and increase brand awareness
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in the food production industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, promotional campaigns, and social media content
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize return on investment
- Stay up-to-date with industry news, emerging trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar marketing leadership role, preferably in the food production industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
