Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Reinsurance (Outwards/Ceded)]!
In this role, candidate will be working on a reinsurance portfolio related to specialty insurance.
Responsibilities
. To set-up the ORI contracts (Quota Share, Excess of Loss & FAC)
. To submit the Ceded Premium & Losses data files to actuarial as per Quarterly reserving timetable
. To Prepare & Post the Premium & Losses journals in the ORI Ledgers
. To approve/object Premium & Losses entries in LORS
. IBNR file submission within quarter close timetable
. Quota Share Bordereaux submission to Market/Broker within the reporting days mentioned in the contracts/slips
. To set-up the ORI contracts (Quota Share, Excess of Loss & FAC) with complete accuracy
. To approve/object Premium & Losses entries in LORS
. Large Gross Loss Settlement
. Supporting the team with various credit control activities, including Statement of Account preparation, ledger reconciliation, and cash allocation
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
. B.Com/BA Graduate with relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
. High-level written and verbal communication skills.
