ACG Pharmapack Pvt. Ltd. Primary Responsibilities Strategic and planning Ensure availability of packing material on time and daily monitoring of Engineering and RM with shelf-life of material. Ensure Physical and SAP stock of the material and issue to production department without stoppage of machine. Core Functional Follows SOPs and work instruction of regular stores department activity. Documentation, Implementation and Handling of Audit (ISO / Safety and cGMP) Disposal of rejection materials within 15 days after receipts of complaint note / clearance from QA / Purchase department for RM / PM / ENGG Internal Processes Ensure quality (Visual Appearance) and quantity of incoming material during unloading of the material. Preparation of GRN for all the materials received in the factory. Indenting of Stores materials. Co-ordination with Purchases department, QA, Packing venders and internal departments. Handle Scrap activity and ensure its updation in SAP Monitor RGP generation. Ensure availability of packing materials. Key Result AreasJob tags
