Job Description This position will give you an opportunity to lead a full-stack engineering team and build robust technical solutions for thousands of customers spanning the globe. As a tech lead, you will be responsible for building a strong collaborative team, designing solid scalable solutions, and setting an example to the team with high-quality standards for a readable and easy-to-maintain codebase.
What you'll do: .Lead a team of developers to build feature enhancements, fix bugs and maintain social media integrations and applications.
.Delegate work and assignments to team members and ensure features/bugs are resolved in a timely manner
.Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering manager on establishing the technical vision for the product
.Mentor junior team members on best practices, architecture, and development
.Manage team expectations and build alignment and trust with team members
.Design and implement high-quality, maintainable code with full test automation
.Guide the team through technical issues and challenges
.Help in hiring and building a strong team
What You'll Need .Minimum 8 years of experience developing large-scale applications and a passion for Front-End web development, including React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and backend Development.
.B.S / M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
.Demonstrated technical leadership in full-stack development
.Extensive experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP 7+, MySQL
.Experience working with Git in a CI/CD environment
.Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum
.Experience working with object-oriented designs, APIs
.Proven ability to design future-proof, maintainable, large-scale systems
.Experience with social network APIs (Facebook graph, Twitter, LinkedIn) is a plus
Additional Qualifications .Experience working with WYSIWYG editors, Linux, Backbone.js or jQuery
.Experience maintaining applications in Golang
.Familiarity with Knowledge of Flow, ImmutableJS
.Experience working with MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Sphinx and/or Nginx
