Job description
Koru UX Design is on the lookout for a passionate Tester/QA. The job entails creating Test documentation like - Bug reports for enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience working with responsive UI, monitoring errors in the system, discussing them with the developers & provide help in reproducing the bug.
Responsibilities ● Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. ● Participate in cross-browser testing specifically - Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. ● Execute test plan systematically, providing detailed steps and expected outcomes. ● Quickly adapt to changes in project requirements and testing methodologies. ● Demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning automation testing techniques and tools, actively seeking opportunities to expand automation skills. ● Analyze root causes of defects and contribute to effective defect resolution strategies. Requirements ● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications. ● Ensure test cases cover all aspects of the application, including functional, usability, and performance testing. ● Execute test cases meticulously, documenting test results and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. ● Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been addressed and to verify that new changes do not introduce new defects. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Eagerness to learn automation testing concepts, with a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies and methodologies. ● Prior experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus, but not mandatory.
