Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role excellent communication skills and a passion for travel. As an Inbound Telecaller you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers providing them with information about our travel services and assisting them with booking inquiries.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
2. Provide information about our travel packages services and destinations.
3. Assist customers with booking inquiries reservations and modifications.
4. Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
5. Upsell additional services or packages to customers when appropriate.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Stay uptodate on company products services and promotions.
10. Meet or exceed performance targets and goals.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of one year of experience in a similar inbound telecalling role preferably in the travel industry.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a clear and professional telephone manner.
3. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to actively listen to customers and address their needs.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
5. Proficiency in computer skills including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
7. Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
8. A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for our customers.
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
