Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (CA/ICWA) preferred
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
3. Proficient in accounting software, specifically NAV/Microsoft Dynamics.
4. Sound knowledge of TDS, GST, AR, AP, GL accounting, and inventory management.
5. Strong understanding of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
6. Familiarity with ROC-related compliances.
7. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Excel functions and formulas.
8. Ability to create complex spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting.
9. Experience in handling statutory audit would be a requirement.
