Our continued success begins with you. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US accounting principles and regulations, along with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of our organization. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and documented. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support business objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the accounting function. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure adherence to best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate setting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. CPA certification or progress towards CPA eligibility is preferred but not required.
