Job description
- Responsible for Driving Sales and increasing Market share (Equity & Fixed Income) from Mutual Fund Distributors / Registered Investment Advisors in assigned location/branch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good knowledge of investment options available in mutual fund space across various asset classes Debt, Equities and Hybrid.
- Increasing market share and AUM share in the assigned markets by identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with the existing and new distributors and achieving the targets given.
- Product and process knowledge to enable MFDs meet the clients and sell Bandhan funds.
- Good communication & influencing skills to communicate with various stakeholders and generate business from MFDs.
- Handling sales through Mutual fund distributors
- Filling in timely reports using CRM and internal sales force
- Liaison and synergize with various internal departments and contribute to sales.
- Adherence to Bandhan norms, values, integrity, passion for client service
Educational Qualifications - Any Graduation/MBA
Additional Certifications/Trainings (desirable) - NISM/AMFI
Prior Experience - 6 years of experience in sales preferably in any AMC or in other financial company
Domain Knowledge - Basic understanding of Mutual Funds/Financial Products
