Job description
Experience:
* 10+ years of management experience in a cloud-based IT networking environment
* Pharma industry experience preferred with knowledge of GMP, 21 CFR and USFDA
related compliance with knowledge of E-BMR (production systems)
Skill Set:
(b) Maintenance of SAP / ERP Hardware and DR
(c) Well versed in Networking, Data Security, LAN etc.
(d) In depth knowledge of Data Security and IT risk management
(e) IT Infrastructure Management.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
(a) Oversee the operation of server systems, monitor all IT supported production systems and services.
(b) Oversee functioning and troubleshooting of other software systems (HRMS, Compliance, SAP, BI, Fiori, Temperature Monitoring, DMS & DR Servers).
(c) Implementation of physical and software firewalls for risk identification and mitigation.
(d) Implementation of measures to ensure data security, safety and easy retrieval.
(e) Direct and support implementation of new software(s) and hardware(s)and upgrade of existing IT infrastructure.
(f) Coordinating IT activities to ensure data availability and network services with very little downtime.
(g) Ensure all support requests are resolved 'effectively' within a short period of time.
(h) Develop business continuity plan for contingencies and establish alternate remote location IT operational and control infrastructure.
(i) Communicating with the R & D, Engineering and Production teams and other departments for upkeep of IT hygiene.
(j) Ensure all backups are completed as per documented processes.
(k) Report and act on all and any IT security breaches.
(l) Maintain asset registers of all IT supported hardware and software.
(m) Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of managers, including directly supervising employees, hiring and handling employee concerns and performance.
(n) Initiate strategic capacity planning based on business requirements and recommend new fool proof and efficient IT systems.
