Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Director of Strategic Accounts, you will play a critical role in building relationships with significant clients of Page Group in India. Our ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction of existing client relationships and sign on new clients of a similar type.
Primary Responsibilities: - Manage existing strategic account business and grow YoY customer revenues .
- Achieve assigned strategic accounts revenue objectives.
- Identify, target and close net new business to Fortune 100 and hyper-scale prospects.
- Support customer requirements and assist in orchestrating resources that align with needs.
- Create strong relationships based on trust, integrity and customer satisfaction to drive sales and repeat business.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry and customers to identify and propose unique solutions .
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.
- Business reviews when required.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years successful sales experience to enterprise accounts .
- Proven work experience as a strategic or key account manager .
- An ability to generate leads, penetrate new accounts and develop and manage a pipeline.
- Drive to think strategically and succeed in a fast-pace business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships .
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude .
- Hands on experience with Salesforce.com.
