Job description
As a Social Media Executive at Aarna Systems you will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to drive engagement increase brand awareness and generate leads for our clients. You will be responsible for managing various social media platforms creating compelling content and executing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker a team player and someone who is genuinely passionate about social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create highquality engaging content including text posts images videos and interactive media.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals and target audience demographics.
- Monitor social media channels for trends insights and opportunities to improve performance.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns including budget allocation audience targeting ad creation and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends tools and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing including content creation community management and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
