Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Ahmedabad. Some work from home is acceptable. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and closing leads, creating business plans and sales strategies, as well as managing customer accounts. They will also be responsible for attending trade shows and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Experience in the plastics industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of conducting market analysis and research.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing / Engineering knowledge.
