Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
♦ Designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
♦ Deploying and configuring cloud services such as virtual machines, containers, databases, and storage solutions.
♦ Automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management tasks using scripting languages and automation tools.
♦ Monitoring the performance, security, and availability of cloud resources and implementing necessary optimizations and improvements.
♦ Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
♦ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud architecture best practices and standards.
♦ Providing guidance and support to development teams in deploying and scaling applications on cloud platforms.
♦ Staying updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices and recommending suitable solutions for business needs.
Qualifications:
♦ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
♦ 7-10 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
♦ Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
♦ Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
♦ Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
♦ Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
♦ Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch.
♦ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
♦ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
♦ Technical Skills: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes, Networking, Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch).'
