Overview
The International Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring service excellence and building strong relationships with international customers. This position is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction resolving inquiries and providing support across diverse cultures and languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to international customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Provide exceptional service to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and interactions
- Support international sales activities and provide product information to customers
- Assist with order processing shipping and tracking for international orders
- Conduct customer outreach and followup to gather feedback and ensure client retention
- Adhere to company policies procedures and service standards in all interactions
- Stay informed about product updates policies and market trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights and suggestions for process enhancement
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer care such as documentation and reporting
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
- Adhere to performance metrics and goals for customer satisfaction and resolution efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Communication or related field
- Proven experience in international customer service or a similar role
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural nuances
- Ability to empathize with customers from diverse backgrounds and adapt communication style accordingly
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills in highpressure situations
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes is a plus
