Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Position Overview: As the Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing organization's
day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of operations experience, possess strong
organizational and communication skills, and share a commitment to organization's mission of making a positive impact in
the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
- Manage inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Work closely with the production team to streamline the supply chain process.
Logistics And Distribution - Oversee the logistics and distribution processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Optimize transportation and distribution networks to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers when necessary.
Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
- Work cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain best practices for operational excellence.
Quality Control - Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet organization's standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the production and distribution
lifecycle.
Vendor Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for organization.
Data Analysis And Reporting - Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for the leadership team on operational performance.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a relevant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Familiarity with assistive technology or healthcare operations is a plus.
