Job Description :Xotiv Technologies is looking for a Senior QA Engineer, you will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle with particular responsibility in the quality assurance of web and mobile app development and deployment with emphasis on development and implementation of test automation (and manual tests where necessary).Responsibilities :Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resourcesDevelop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and proceduresGood experience in automation for functionality & UI testingDevelopment and execution of a regression test harness that replicates prior projectsDevelopment and execution of functional, system and acceptance testsExtensive knowledge of the SCRUM or Agile MethodologyCoaching, training and mentoring of direct reportsProvide accurate estimates for testing effortsCoordinate & work closely with BA to identify gaps in the requirementsAbility to design, develop and execute Test Plans & Test Cases and review of all test cases and test scripts with the team and ensure quality and standards are applied correctlyEnsure defects are raised and recorded effectively and work closely with the team to ensure a timely resolution, which includes prioritization resolution and retestEstablish best practices for QA activities within the teamRegular updates and risk identification for on-going projects to managementRequirement :4+ years of experience in Automation and Manual testingGood knowledge of automated testing, techniques & methodologies to lead the automation effortExperience in various SDLC methodology such as AgileHas strong time management skills and is able to effectively multitaskDefect Management Tools such as JIRA (ref:hirist.tech)
