We are looking for 2 SAP IBP Consultant to join the team to build, support and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through efficient management of cost and schedule. We have 2 open roles : Role 1 Experience: 5+ Location: Pune Mode of work: Hybrid Responsibilities: We are looking for SCM designer who is having SAP IBP experience specializing in end-to-end production planning implementation, with a focus on Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) business scenarios. Dual-role expert excelling as a SAP IBP Response & Supply Module specialist and Senior APO PP/DS designer, demonstrating hands-on proficiency in full-scale APO/SCM implementation projects. Candidate must have experience in setting up or configuration of the entire flow from Production planning especially on ETO scenarios, Materials Management and/or Quality Management. Specialist with essential expertise in SAP IBP, proficient in MRP, Variant Configuration, Engineering Change Management, and Product Modelling within Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments. Proficient in connecting APO and PP smoothly with various SAP modules for effective integration. Need hands-on implementation experience and comprehensive understanding of Configure-to-Order and/or Engineer-to-Order processes, coupled with proficiency in ECC Solution. Qualification: Minimum 2 to 3 implementations of IBP platforms in manufacturing environments with IBP Response and supply module / Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)/ Forecasting, and Demand Management/ Inventory Planning & Optimization. All round expert that has experience of full CTO and or ETO process flows. Strong integration working experience with other SAP modules. Role 2 Experience: 5+ Location: Pune Mode of work: Hybrid Responsibilities: We are looking for SCM Demand Designer who is having SAP IBP experience specializing in end-to-end production planning implementation, with a focus on Make-to-stock (MTS) /Make-to-Order (MTO) strategy. Candidate must have experience in setting up or configuration of the entire flow from Demand Planning to supply planning and S&OP Candidate must have Knowledge in Product Modelling, MRP in packaging solution businesses. Good must have good understanding of APO and PP integration flow to with other SAP modules. Need hands-on implementation experience and comprehensive understanding of Configure-to-Order and/or Engineer-to-Order processes, coupled with proficiency in ECC Solution Qualification: Minimum 2 to 3 implementations and Support of IBP platforms in manufacturing environments with IBP Demand Module / Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)/ Inventory Planning & Optimization. All round expert who has experience in timeseries based demand planning leveraging statistical and ML method. Strong integration working experience external forecasting algorithm and machine learning library.
