Technical Corporate Trainer for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) only Contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer specialized in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive 10-day training program for freshers. This contract position requires an expert who can facilitate both theoretical and hands-on sessions, aiming to equip our new recruits with the necessary skills and knowledge in AI and ML technologies. Responsibilities Training Program Development: Design and develop a detailed curriculum for a 10-day AI & ML training program covering foundational concepts, programming, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and practical applications. Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions that include lectures, hands-on workshops, project work, and daily quizzes to ensure understanding and retention of material. Material Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, reading assignments, exercise problems, and project guidelines. Environment Setup: Guide participants through the setup of development environments and necessary software tools. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess participant performance through quizzes, project presentations, and active participation. Provide constructive feedback to help participants grow. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually refine and improve the training program. Mentorship: Offer mentorship and guidance to participants throughout the training, especially during hands-on sessions and project work. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in AI and ML fields, with a strong foundational knowledge and practical application experience. Prior experience in corporate training, teaching, or a similar role, with proven ability to develop curriculum and deliver engaging training sessions. Expertise in Python programming and familiarity with AI & ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for teaching and mentorship, with a patient and supportive approach to learner development. Contract Details Duration: This is a contract position for the duration of the training program (10 days), with potential for future engagements based on performance and business needs. Location: The training will be conducted onsite at our corporate office. Candidates should be willing to travel if necessary. Compensation: Competitive daily rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
