We are on the lookout for a Program Manager who brings a blend of IT and OT expertise to lead project management and deliveries to our customers.

Job Overview:

The Program Manager will play a crucial role in steering Hypervise projects from conception through to deployment by acting as the chief point of contact between customers and internal project stakeholders. This position demands a strong understanding of both IT and OT environments, including hardware design, development, testing, and the nuances of deploying on-premise software and industrial automation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust processes that ensure project efficiency and excellence, aligning closely with business principles and the specific requirements of hardware products and services.

a.Project Completion Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time.

b.Budget Adherence Rate: Percentage of projects that stay within the budget.

c.QMS Compliance: Number of projects managed in compliance with QMS Process

d. Client Revisions: Number of client-requested revisions due to quality or compliance issues.

2.Client Relationship Management

a.TAT for Solution Design Proposals: Average turnaround time for delivering solution design proposals and project estimates to clients.

b.Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Client satisfaction through surveys at project milestones and completion.

c.Issue Resolution Time: Average time taken to resolve stakeholder issues.

d.Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction: Satisfaction levels of internal stakeholders through 360 feedback.

3.Risk Management

a.Identified Project Risks and Mitigation Plans: Number of potential project risks identified and the effectiveness of strategies implemented to mitigate them.

b.Reduction in Project Disruptions: Measure of decrease in project interruptions caused by unforeseen issues, indicating improved project stability.

4.Documentation & Reporting

a.Completeness and Accuracy of Project Documentation: Evaluation of the quality and comprehensiveness of project documentation.

b.Timely Submission of Reports and Milestones: Adherence to deadlines for submitting project reports and updates, both internally and externally.

5.Team Development and Performance

a.Team Productivity: Ratio of deliverables completed to planned tasks, indicating the efficiency of project execution.

b.Employee Satisfaction and Morale: Assessed through regular surveys, reflecting the overall well-being and motivation of the project team.

c.Team Retention Rate: Maintain high retention rates among key project team members.

d.Project Team Performance: Overall performance of the project team assessed through periodic reviews.

6.Innovation and Process Improvement

a.Process Optimization Initiatives: Count of process improvements implemented.

b.Innovation Index: Measurement of new technologies, tools, or methodologies adopted.

c.Efficiency Gains: Reduction in average project delivery time or cost due to process improvements.
