Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Innovation • Understanding business needs, emerging trends, changes happening in the NBFC ecosystem/industry, competitive analysis to help build a healthy pipeline of Innovation projects. • Explore, evaluate, and propose solutions on Innovation ideas, Perform PoC and scale up based on business/mgmt. guidance. • Apply design thinking principles to innovation projects to ensure relevant customer oriented solutions are tested. • Ensuring implementation of project milestones/goals while adhering to approved budget, timelines, and success criteria. • Work on strategic projects as per guidance from management to deliver on business objectives. Product Management • Develop and maintain product roadmap for relevant products by constantly understanding customer needs and behavior through insights from business and research teams. • Manage and execute product lifecycle for all launches from user need identification, kickoff, KPI definition, design and development. • Work closely with technology, business, operations, risk and other cross-functional partners both internal and external to design, build, and deploy products/features. • Ensure regular reporting and feedback process among stakeholders. • Ensure process adherence, risk mitigation and compliance as per guidelines Requirement: Product/Project management experience in the NBFC/MFI/Small finance space Creative thinking, User Experience, Analytical thinking, Good Collaboration & Communication skills. Postgraduate from reputed university, preferably MBA 6+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years of Product management or experience in the Innovation space Exposure to Design thinking would be a significant plusJob tags
