For more information about us please visit: Job Details: Location: Manipal Hospital, Jayanagar, Bangalore Experience: 8+ years of experience into Marketing. Preferably from Hospital Industry. Job Description: Accreditation: Support hospitals in gap analysis. Participate in pre accreditation & pre-assessment reviews. Help hospitals in preparing presentations and documentations for the audit. Documentations: Developing SOPs, Manuals and documents for the central quality team. Keeping the track of all SOP’s and Record of all updation. Ensuring the document control of all SOP, Manual, Forms & Formats at the corporate level. To ensure yearly review & updation of all SOP, Manuals, Policies & procedure as applicable. Keep record of the forms & formats and ensure correct numbering of the same. Identification of new documentation requirement and completion of the same in coordination with the department within 15 days from the time of request raised. Audits: Support the unit for NABH external audits and closures for the same. Preparation of audit calendar for cross-audits and corporate audits Keep records of all audits of all the units, repeat observations for all the units to be identified and compiled report to be submitted. . Quality Indicators: Collation and review of the indicator data for all the units. Support the digitization of the indicator Capturing Quality Improvement Projects: Identification and active participation in centrally driven QIP’s. Help in preparing the project charters and dashboard of all units. Monitoring the progress and setting up review meetings with the hospital team. Maintain consolidated list of QIP’s and completed project files. Assist in preparing QIP reports Survey: Compilation of data of the survey , Preparing graphical representation of the survey data Preparation of MHEPL presentation of survey data. Incident reporting: · Preparation of trend analysis of the incident report under supervision. Training: To provide support in all the trainings that are conducted by the central quality team. Communications: Preparation of the monthly quality update slide after collating data from all units. Preparation of half yearly & annual report of quality department. Support preparation of presentations for the awards and recognitions Other Responsibilities: Other responsibilities assigned by reporting head.
