Job Overview
We are hiring an HR Trainee to join our team at Kalliyath Group. As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of HR. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Support HR in onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Handle HR administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Provide support in resolving employee queries and issues
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices
