Job description

Maximize efficiency and productivity by consistently delivering KPIs across multiple business units. Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture and system support teams to coordinate technical solutions and ensure seamless service operations. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and performance improvement. Oversee and drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs). To ensure the team meets production deadlines, it is crucial to actively participate in hands-on tasks, particularly during high-volume periods or when faced with complex issues. Identify process improvements and drive the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the production operations environment. Document processes and procedures using standard methodologies and tools, proactively resolve issues, and prevent recurrence. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing, learning, and growth among team members. Leading incident management, change management, problem management, and MIM troubleshooting of production systems by engaging the necessary personnel and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate project updates, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Technical experience in infrastructure management, database administration, or cloud administration is required. Minimum five years of managerial experience in production services, focusing on client service and technical operations. Proven experience in successfully managing teams responsible for delivering quality results within rapid delivery and execution timelines. One should exhibit exceptional leadership skills in mentoring and developing team members to attain their maximum potential. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Comfortable wearing multiple hats and performing hands-on tasks when required, showcasing a "lead by example" attitude.
