Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven On-the-Field Sales Representative specializing in pocket fabric and lining sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Tamil and possess a strong understanding of the textile industry. As a crucial member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.

Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.

Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

Sales and Negotiation :

Present product offerings to clients effectively, highlighting features and benefits.

Negotiate terms and prices to close sales while maximizing profitability.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of pocket fabric and lining products.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Provide product training and support to clients as needed.

Reporting and Documentation:

Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and sales forecasts.

Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

Preferably 0-2 years experience.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the textile industry.

Fluent in Tamil with excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
