Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and trends in the dewatering pumps industry.
Analyses market conditions and customer needs in various countries to determine viable business opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and changes in international markets.
2. Business Development:
Develop and implement a strategic plan to penetrate new international markets and expand the company's customer base.
Identify potential clients, distributors, and partners in target markets and establish strong business relationships with them.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure successful market entry.
Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products and services and generate leads.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of dewatering pumps.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international clients and distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in international business development, preferably in the dewatering pumps industry or a related sector.
Strong knowledge of the dewatering pumps industry, including products, applications, and market dynamics.
Familiarity with international business practices, including import/export regulations, logistics, and cultural considerations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse international stakeholders.
