Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

 Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, competitors, and trends in the dewatering pumps industry.

 Analyses market conditions and customer needs in various countries to determine viable business opportunities.

 Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and changes in international markets.

2. Business Development:

 Develop and implement a strategic plan to penetrate new international markets and expand the company's customer base.

 Identify potential clients, distributors, and partners in target markets and establish strong business relationships with them.

 Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure successful market entry.

 Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products and services and generate leads.

3. Sales and Negotiation:

 Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of dewatering pumps.

 Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with international clients and distributors, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

 Proven experience in international business development, preferably in the dewatering pumps industry or a related sector.

 Strong knowledge of the dewatering pumps industry, including products, applications, and market dynamics.

 Familiarity with international business practices, including import/export regulations, logistics, and cultural considerations.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse international stakeholders.
