Summary Northern Trust is looking to recruit professionals for its Pune Centre. Successful recruit would be part of Northern Trust's Corporate Financial Risk and will be responsible for working on many critical regulatory reporting implemented in SAS, Python.
Job title: Associate Consultant, Officer
Location: Pune
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Major Duties - Led the development or support activities using Python for Liquidity Risk - Liquidity Stress Testing, Cash flow projection etc.
- Develop and prepare scenarios for potential automation and creation of management dashboard using Power BI
- Support in stress testing execution and perform in depth analysis to explain the movement across critical drivers
- Engage with first line organization, Business, Data and IT
- Facilitate and Support strong controls over data, reports, and analysis, including automation, reconciliation and testing.
- Perform documentation, procedures & controls to enable accurate and timely reporting.
- Understanding of with risk related concepts, business processes, and must be able to communicate effectively through both written and verbal communication with senior management and other partners.
Qualification - Relevant experience with Python tools
Skills Required - 3 to 5 years of experience in core development activities using Python tool and Power BI/Tableau
- Understanding of financial industry and preferably Risk management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated success challenging and influencing outcomes.
- Strong data, analytical, and problem solving skills and strong hands-on experience with advanced excel.
