Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Position Purpose: We are looking for a candidate to handle the end-to-end Flights Operations. Responsibilities: · Operation Management & Customer Service – B2B and Corporates. · Communication management via Email, Calls, Messages, and Online · Managing Operation Platforms – Aertrip’s Portal, LCC, GDS, OTA, Other Supplier etc. ·3 rd Party - Supplier Management / Sourcing – Airlines deals. · Billing on the Aetrip’s Portal · Resolving accounting queries · Providing Deals of different airlines to the customer, B2B and corporates. Qualification & Skills requirement: · HSC/ Graduate · A degree in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism · Minimum 1-2 years of Experience · Knowledge of LCC, OTA, and GDS - Galileo · Excellent with MS Excel and Google Sheets · Excellent in written and spoken communication · Problem-Solving Skills, Handling Clients · Profit generation skillsJob tags
