TIC's areas of focus include web/mobile application engineering, cloud engineering, cyber security, eCommerce, analytics, and ERP implementation. The company delivers its services across various industry verticals and is headquartered in Kochi, India with a focus on the USA, Australia, and the Middle East. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an eCommerce Administrator at TIC's Kochi location. The eCommerce Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, order processing, sales, administrative assistance, and communication.

2 to 4 years

Qualifications Understanding of eCommerce systems such as Magento, Shopify, or OpenCart Excellent customer service and communication skills Demonstrated ability to process orders and assist with administrative tasks Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
