Experience: 5-12 Yrs
Essential Functions
· 6+ years' experience in developing ETL pipelines for high volume data load
· Minimum 6 years' experience developing Python modules that perform data manipulations.
· Strong executive-level client facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience.
· 4+ Years of experience in Azure data bricks environment.
· Extensive Experience in Data Modeling, Data Integration, ETL, Data Quality concepts, Data Governance & Security
· Designing, Coding, automation, and performance tuning of ETL processes
· Source code management and oversight of release processes with respect to ETL
· Troubleshoot and address production issues in the ETL pipeline as they arise.
· Analyze data issues in production as they arise
· Support implementation team to onboard new data sources
Primary Internal Interactions
· Work with data management team to support the ETL processes in production
· Train & Mentor the juniors in the team
· Work with the Client Services Team to ensure data requirements are met to support clients on the Clarity platform
Required Skills –
· Experience in designing ETL solutions in the Azure
· Good Knowledge on Claims in US Healthcare
· Good working knowledge of
1. SQL, Databricks, Spark
2. Performance Tuning, Platform Configuration/Tuning, Load Balancing, Clustering
· 4+ years of programming experience in Python
· Knowledge of the following,
o Enterprise business intelligence platform (Tableau, PowerBI,)
o Enterprise data warehousing modeling
Tools:
· ADO, JIRA, Azure Data Factory
Skills Nice to Have
· Microsoft Azure/ AWS Certification would be great to have
· Certifications on SDLC & Agile Concepts is a plus.
Process Specific Skills
· Delivery Domain - Cloud Technology, Microsoft environment
· Business Domain - US Healthcare Risk Adjustment, Healthcare data

Education Requirements
· Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field including Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
