Your Role with TrainingInbox: HR Intern
Purpose:
- Candidates from the education industry worked with renowned companies, handling/handled similar roles, and can work closely with Co-founders/Directors
- Will work with closely Chief Human Resource Officer
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Employees' Personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels
- Preparing various letters like Offer letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation letters, Increment letters, Transfer letters, Absenteeism notices, Warning letters, Show Cause notices, Experience/service Certificates, Relieving letters, etc.
- Completing Joining Formalities & and documentation
- Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees
- Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records
- Compilation & and processing of attendance data in the attendance system
- Processing monthly attendance musters at all levels
- Consolidation of Payroll with all inputs like the collection on attendance, leaves, new hires, employee information changes, Loans, Advances, Reimbursements, etc
- Employee Pay slips generation and distribution
- Exit formalities
- Coordination with all Core Departments and understanding their requirements, defining job positions
- Resourcing, screening, and shortlisting profiles through job portals or else internal reference, head hunting
- Short listing the profiles based on desired skills and experience
- Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with department heads
Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience:
- 0 to 1 years of relevant work experience
- Freshers can also apply
- Previous experience working in an education institute preferred not mandatory
