Job Description
Husk is looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join the HR function and
support the entire employee lifecycle by handling processes concerning onboarding,
offboarding, compliance, and employee relations. You will achieve this by providing a
sustainable HR Operations framework that you’ll regularly refine and strengthen with best
HR industry practices. We also expect you to support the proper operation of payroll and
benefits in cooperation with the respective departments and external benefits providers.
As an HR Operations Specialist, you will support diverse workforce administration processes,
such as transfers, salary changes, promotions, and terminations. Additional duties you will
carry out include fostering work discipline and positive employee relations and ensuring the
legal compliance of HR operations practices.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
- Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws and filliping of statutory reports.
- Troubleshoot workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations.
- Support recruitment by participating in job ad posting, candidate selection, and interviewing.
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts—create frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees.
- Notify internal teams of personnel changes.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data, including NDAs, compensation, and employment contracts.
- Monitor attendance and leave of employees.
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Payroll processing for all staff by categories & maintaining Income Tax calculations and deductions.
- Administer health and life insurance programs.
- Extract analytics on Employee compensation structures, Employee turnover,

Qualifications
Responsibilities and skills:
- Proven work experience in HR operations specialist.
- Hand on experience with HRIS.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Solid understanding of Indian Labour Legislations and Payroll process.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Team Management skills.
- B.com/Bsc/Msc/ACWA/ in HR or relevant field.
Additional Information
Location - Delhi/NCR, open to travelling to other offices & sites areas when required.
