Job description
Parallel is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who's a master at finding and hiring the best talent, even in the toughest market. You'll be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, creating a seamless candidate experience, and ensuring we have a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for all open positions.
But this isn't your average recruiting role. We're looking for someone who's creative, innovative, and social-media-savvy. You'll be responsible for hacking the hiring process to get optimal inbound applications and success on our applicant outreach.

What will you be doing at Parallel
- You will be the one to build a thriving talent pipeline that ensures we have a steady stream of qualified candidates for all open positions at all times, come what may
- It will be up to you to craft and manage a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.
- You will be the showrunner in developing and executing strategic recruitment plans that align with our overall business goals.
- You'll partner with hiring managers to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver tangible results by consistently meeting their needs.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends and best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to improve our hiring process.
- You'll be in charge of our Campus Recruitment program and develop relationships with top universities to secure a pipeline of fresh talent for the future.
Must-haves:
- 4+ years experience in hiring for product, design, and technology roles
- Passion for finding and hiring the best talent
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to create a seamless candidate experience
- Ability to think outside the box and hack the hiring process
- Experience with talent acquisition software
- Experience with campus recruiting
