Renewal Specialist (Account Manager- Sales)

Job description

Responsibilities:

● Proactively reach out to existing customers to discuss upcoming renewals.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

● Utilize internal tools and collaborate with customers to understand their current usage.

● Negotiate contract terms and pricing increases to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and renewal details in Salesforce.

● Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for renewal contracts.

● Work with the finance and leadership team for any discounts or non-standard terms.

● Provide regular reports on renewal rates, upcoming renewals, and customer feedback.

● Assist in forecasting renewal rates and identifying potential risks.

● Work closely with the sales and customer success team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

during the renewal process.

● Collaborate with customer support and product teams to address customer concerns and feedback.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

● Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer success.

● Strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

● Salesforce experience required.

● Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.

● Customer-focused mindset.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

● Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding renewal targets.

● Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Experience:- 1 Year to 7 Years

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Job Timings: 12:30 pm (noon) to 9:30 pm
