- To deliver excellent conversion of prospects to customers by combining your grasp of commercial insurance with adeptness in selling.
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Demonstrating strong teamwork self and team leadership.
- Displaying consistently high energy integrity and commitment to the job.
- Having a problemsolving approach.
Ideal Candidate
- Commercial insurance experience e.g. in group health property and liability is very useful
- B2B sales experience is a must
- The candidate may have worked with an insurance broker or with the direct selling side of insurers.
- Strong drive to handle clients and teams independently.
- A strong problemsolving approach
- Strong communication and comfort in engaging with senior client executives
- Drive to build a large business and progress within SecureNow
- Proven ability to work and collaborate with other functions.
