SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have Skills : JDA Transportation Management Good to Have Skills : Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Application Maintenance experience for JDA TMS and support responsibilities on a rotation/schedule basis 2 Knowledge of all the TMS modules like masterdata, financials, load plan, build and workflows planning, financials, tendering, shipment creation 3 Ability to learn and support technical expertise associated with inbound and outbound data to TMS application Technical Experience : 1 Good knowledge on java and SQL 2 Strong communication skills Strong team player 3 Good knowledge on system logs, including enable debug level system logs, gather logs for specific servers, logs for TM and TP including TP architecture, parameter, strategy file knowledge and understand how to diagnose rating results and tariff selections Professional Attributes : 1 Need a good team player with good analytical presentation skills and communication skills Educational Qualification: Must be a graduate from reputed College/University Additional Info :
