Location: Chandigarh, Amritsar
Reporting: ASM/RSM
Mandatory Background Must be from consumer financing background into mobile, electronics, GT and LFR.
Not relevant background; HL, PL and BL is not relevant

Role Description
- This is a sales role into Consumer Finance of various categories like electronics, appliances, furniture, lifestyle, health, edtech and many more.
- Responsible for brands and merchants onboarding at local level.
- Meet sales targets month on month.
- Increase sales volume through PA and NTB
- Hire, train and develop the best team.
- Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated well, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
- Build ShopSe brand and offline visibility through various efforts in coordination with marketing and finance team.
- Participates in professional societies, events and activities related to the sector.
Qualifications - Must be a graduate / MBA
- 3+ years of experience in managing sales team into consumer finance - CDIT.
- Strong understanding of consumer finance products, including consumer loans, credit cards, and other retail finance products
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM preferred
