Job Title: Telecom Billing Application Developer Location:Bangalore Experience: 8-10years Job Descrption: Summary: The Telecom Billing Application Developer and Maintainer is a key professional responsible for Configuring, designing, developing, and maintaining telecom billing applications. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, coding efficient and reliable software solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other telecom systems. The developer is tasked with customizing billing applications, conducting thorough testing, and providing ongoing support to end-users. Maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and compliance with security standards are crucial aspects of this role. The Telecom Billing Application Developer and Maintainer plays a pivotal role in optimizing billing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of telecom services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain telecom billing systems and applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and customer support, to understand billing requirements. – Design the architecture of telecom billing systems, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and security. – Define system integration points and data flows between billing and other enterprise systems. – Analyze billing data and transactions to identify discrepancies or anomalies. - Generate and review billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. – Oversee day-to-day operations of the billing department. – Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing transactions. – Develop and execute test plans for billing software and systems. – Identify and report software defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues. - Administer and maintain billing platforms and related databases. – Manage user access, permissions, and configurations within billing systems. – Define and prioritize features and improvements for billing products. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with market needs. – Provide support to customers with billing-related inquiries. - Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills:
Experience in Telecom Billing, Java Full Stack Development, and Angular. – Good To Have Skills: Experience in Business Support Systems (BSS), microservices and SQL. Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. Experience in leading cross-functional product development teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
