Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Product Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate the overarching vision and strategy of the product, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Champion the product vision across the organization and drive consensus among key stakeholders.
• Roadmap Planning and Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the timeline for feature releases and product expansions. Collaborate closely with development, project management, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize feature requests based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic priorities. Conduct thorough analysis to assess the impact and feasibility of each feature, balancing user requirements with available resources.
• Stakeholder and Leadership Communication: Foster ongoing collaboration and alignment among key stakeholders in development, project management, business and data analysis, UI/UX, quality assurance, product marketing, and customer success teams. Regularly communicate updates on product development, roadmap progress, and upcoming releases to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to ensure our product remains innovative, competitive, and differentiated in the marketplace. Leverage insights from competitive analysis to inform product strategy and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
• Define, Track, and Optimize Key Success Metrics: Establish key success metrics to measure customer adoption and retention. Track and report on these metrics, optimizing strategies to enhance product retention and customer satisfaction.
• Increase Product Retention and Value: Enhance product retention through continuous improvement of ease of use and early value realization for customers.
• Ensure Seamless Integration: Ensure new products integrate seamlessly with the existing product suite to provide a cohesive user experience.
• Foster a Culture of Shared Ownership and Experimentation: Cultivate a culture of shared ownership, creativity, and experimentation within the team to drive overall product success and innovation.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth Teams: Work closely with product and growth teams to execute growth initiatives, enhance user experience, improve retention, drive engagement, and delight customers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Proven track record of successfully managing B2B SaaS self-serve software products and impacting key product metrics such as Activation, Engagement, Retention, and NPS
• Experience in B2B SaaS software for sales and marketing professionals or B2B SaaS software leveraging intent data or AI is preferred, but not required
• Inquisitive and user-centric, always eager to learn more about our market and users
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders
• Process- and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and product management tools
