Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will support various human resources functions and initiatives under the guidance of our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR and contributing to the success of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support HR team in organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers and employees as needed. Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events. Assist with HR-related projects and research as assigned. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.

Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 65% above throughout education background Strong desire to learn about human resources practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship or work experience in HR or related field is a plus.

Duration and Compensation: This is a 3-month to 6-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Compensation will be provided based on experience and qualifications.
