• Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants
• Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview
• Building relationship with job seekers
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
• Handle End to End Recruitment
• Screen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV on job Portals like Naukri, Shine Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Job Posting
• Conducting first level screening of the candidates
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Check with the candidates if they have attended the interview
• Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
• Send details of candidates scheduled for interview to the Client get feedback from the clients
• Source candidates as per client's requirement
• Receive and review applications, manage interviews and tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Follow up with the clients and the candidates until final placement
• Counselling and coaching candidates for interview
• Help in negotiating offer
• Making Job Description as per the Position, and client requirement
• Maintain and update candidate database.
• Involved in complete life cycle of the Recruitment Process from initial sourcing to Joining of the candidate.
• Doing internal hiring, handling leaves, attendance, induction process.
• Having experience in hiring candidates on junior, middle and senior Position.
• Maintaining Database regularly, Mass Mail
• Filling of Internal Assessment form.
