Urgent Hiring with one of our Top MNC's for the position of "Wireless Network Engineer" in Chennai Location. Below are the details: Experience Range: 5-7Yrs Job Location: Chennai (Work from Office) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days. Shift: 24/7 Rotational. Job Description: •Design and deploy Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus wireless network solutions to meet the organization's connectivity requirements. •Install, configure, and maintain Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus wireless access points (APs), controllers, and other related hardware. •Working knowledge of Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and DCNM •Knowledge on advanced Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, GLBP,BGP etc •Knowledge on switching, VTP,STP etc •Diagnose and resolve network issues, including interference, connectivity problems, and security breaches. •Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the wireless network. •Diagnose and resolve network issues, including interference, connectivity problems, and security breaches. •Perform site surveys to optimize wireless coverage and signal strength. •Ensure network security by implementing best practices, encryption, and authentication mechanisms. •Continuously evaluate and optimize the wireless network for performance, coverage, and capacity. •Collaborate with L1 and L3 Network Engineers to resolve complex network issues.
