• Lead the Customer Success Function for India Business of a Series C Software Org
• Manage CSMs and KAMs who drive retention, renewal, adoption, engagement metrics

• Drive retention and upsell/cross
• Manage 7-8 CSMs (growing team)
• Drive growth in existing accounts
• Manage CXO relationships in enterprise accounts
• Hire great talent

The Successful Applicant

• 12-15 + years experience with last 4-5 years atleast in CS function
• Very well versed with leading a CS function driving key metrics
• Excellent at people management and hiring top talent, well versed in managing an 8-10 member team
• Excellent in managing C-level relationship with enterprise customers
• Very strong experience managing Indian customers
